Credit/Debit Cards
Once you have completed your online shopping, simply click the "Checkout" button and you will be taken to a step-by-step checkout process.
Billing address needs to be filled out with where you receive the statement of the card being used for the payment.
Once you have completed your online shopping, choose PayPal as your payment method.

    Shipping address has to be confirmed on the PayPal account being used.
    Shipping address has to be the same as the billing address.
    Order will be shipped to confirmed addresses by PayPal only.

Shipping Charges
Returning Merchandise

Customer Satisfaction is our # 1 Priority. If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization ONLY.
In order to process a return, please send us an e-mail within 3 DAYS of receipt of goods to: tiffanymariedeisgnsenterprises@ymail.com with the following information:

Reused, unclaimed, un-deliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Any requests for refunds/returns after the 3 day period as mentioned above will be charged with a 15% restocking fee. After 10 days of receipt WEDO NOT Accept any Returns or Issue refunds.

!Please note Assorted Packages are a FINAL SALE item, therefore, they can not be returned and/or exchanged!
*All terms apply to drop-ship orders. All drop-ship orders are subject to a mandatory 15% Restock Fee.

Refunds & Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as the return is received from you. Any shipping/freight charges will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds on Orders Shipped for Free
If an order shipped under the "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account.

We do not have a set minimum order on our goods. We do not offer sample orders.

You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online.

Shipping Policies
Tiffany Marie Designs enterprises ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. FedEx is used whenever possible, however, a "Common Carrier" can be used in special cases.

When will my order be shipped?
Usually all orders received before 12:00 P.M. are shipped the same within 2-3 business days,Delivery Receipt is contingent on the State of Country, where Item is to Be shipped, Certain US States, my be in Receipt at least 5-7 business days.

Air Express Delivery.Express orders placed after 12:00 P.M. will be shipped within the time frame, of 2- 3 business days, that your order was  placed, and at the shipping rate options that our customers chooses.

Next Day shipping, will be at extra cost, if merchandise is currently in stock,  through our wholesalers and other distributing designers.


All orders placed over the weekend or during holidays seasons, will be shipped as express at extra rate, within the followin3-5business days.

International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed completely.

Damages
Tiffany Marie ELEGANT Fashion dESIGNS, Does NOT take anY
responsibility for packages damaged while in transit.

Any claims on damaged packages should be notified to the carrier-shopper of merchandise.

Tracking  Your Order - You can review your order, by tracking on YOUR ACCOUNT Delivery Signature Requests
Tiffany Marie Elegant FASHION Designs, automatically does a request for signature with FedEx when orders are $400 and over.

If your order is less than the $400 amount, you can request for a delivery signature for your package.


Please note** TIFFANY MARIE ELEGANT FASHION DESIGNS,  is NOT responsible for any packages which are mishandled, damaged, lost, stolen or missing once it leaves our facility with a working courier's tracking number
( FedEx/USPS).
